Acorn Acres wouldn’t be complete without a spree to close by Worlds End State Park, and Loyalsock Creek has a perfect whitewater paddling spot nearby. The staff who's always there to be of assistance and the good large quantity of fun activities have people coming here. Through
| the summer highs here at Acorn Acres reach the 80's, and the night is rather colder of course, typically in the 60's. Highs all through the winter are usually in the 30's while Acorn Acres night low temperatures during the winter are in the 10's.
There are great places to discover along the Pole Bridge Trail, and paddling on Loyalsock Creek is so much fun. There is so much cool stuff close to Acorn Acres, and to be here is always fun.

Don't leave Acorn Acres without first going for a hike along the Irish Settlement Trail, and hey, Bloody Run is a pleasant local stream.
This is no site for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Acorn Acres; Big Timber Spur is a delightful
local trail, and close by you find Schultz Hollow which is a brilliant site to stop by. This campground is always a diversion. There's glorious hiking along the Rock Run Trail, and whitewater paddling is brilliant on Kitchen Creek.
A common amount of rainfall falls here at
Acorn Acres; through the month of June you get the most rain around here; the driest month is January. Going for a hike on the Old Bulldozer Road Trail is always a glorious adventure, and while you're here you will meet lots of people from close by Benton. So many local attractions and the nearby outdoors recreation are sure to keep you coming back persistently.
