Kayaking nearby. Going for a hike along the Divide Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity; magnificent skiing awaits you at Tussey Mountain. This is such a good campground. A delightful site to take a look     at in the neighborhood of Shoop's Country Campground is Blue Spring Hollow, and a great spot for whitewater paddling is Elk Creek. Hiking along the Cross Bar Trail is wonderful fun, and a round of golf at nearby Pine Grove Par 3 Golf Course is a delightful way to kill some time. Shoop's Country Campground is a good location of common precipitation; the wettest month of the year is generally June, that's the one that rains the most; the driest month is January. This campground is so good. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Vincent Tram Trail, and the sight of pretty Spruce Hill is great. The positive environment and all the glorious passtime activities have folks coming here. The warmest time of the year at Shoop's Country Campground comes with high temperatures in the 80's; during summer nights temperatures are in   the 60's. Highs during the wintertime are generally in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Shoop's Country Campground.
