That right there is plenty of exciting stuff already but it goes on, the Cumberland Plateau Mountains has it all. Glide down the rapids of Buck Creek in a kayak; going for
    a hike on the Bee Rock Trail is always a glorious adventure. Renfro Valley Koa is very well prized by folks from Mount Vernon. The Cumberland Plateau Mountains scenery is always gorgeous.
If only every location had this much outdoors amusing things, what a great world it would
be. Near Renfro Valley Koa you find the Winding Stain Gap Trail which is a great hiking trail; lots of people from Mount Vernon come here. This campground is so gorgeous. Whitewater paddling is brilliant on Rockcastle River, and Daniel Boone National Forest is worth stopping at. You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining things in the Cumberland Plateau Mountains.
For the period of the days of summer, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Renfro Valley Koa, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. High temperatures
 
through the winter are normally in the 40's while Renfro Valley Koa overnight low temperatures during the winter are in the 20's.
