Stayed at Rio Bonito Cabin Resort and RV Park. The North San Gabriel River at Rio Bonito is a great place for fishing, kayak and just relaxing. They have beautiful cabins and a great place for RV'ers who don't want the big park atmosphere. They have full hook-ups with free WIFI and satellite TV. There is a laundry mat on site and the park is clean and kept up beautifully. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time. Says Mark

Park Trail. Lots of people from Liberty Hill come to Rio Bonito Cabin Resort, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on San Gabriel River - North Fork. This is a tremendous campground. Go for a hike on the Good Water
Trail; not far from Rio Bonito Cabin Resort you'll stumble on San Gabriel River Ranch Lake which is a delightful lake.
What a place this is for outdoors people. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Hill Trail, and get soaked paddling on Bear Creek. The Creek Trail offers
hiking at its best; tremendous hiking is available along the Trailhead Park Trail. Through the warm months at Rio Bonito Cabin Resort temperatures are ordinarily in the 90's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 70's. For the duration of the wintertime this place gets highs
in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Rio Bonito Cabin Resort are in the 30's.
A campground like this is too tremendous to miss. Why not go to close by Dyeus Branch if you're here at Rio Bonito Cabin Resort, and a trip to McKinney Falls State Park is a perfect idea. An
