Eveleth Veteran's Park, Minnesota   200 beautiful wooded acres in Northern Minnesota with a swimming beach and fishing pier. A boat landing is on the other end of this 5 mile long lake to easily launch your boat. 40 Camp Sites are available in a pristine wooded setting. This is a city owner campground, with showers, restrooms, and an RV Dump Station. Summer activites include monthy 'Movies in the Park', close proximity to the city golfcourse, an OHV Park, and easy access to the Mesabi Trail, a 130 mile long bike trail. If the weather is great here at Eveleth Veteran's Park, you can go for a hike along the Taconite Trail; if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Eveleth Municipal Golf Course is in the vicinity. The warmest time of the year at Eveleth Veteran's Park comes with high temperatures in the 70's. Summer nighttime lows plunge down to the 50's. Highs during the wintertime are typically in the 10's while the cold winter nights at Eveleth Veteran's Park are in the-10's.
