| | Harlan County Campground and RV Park, LLC is a new trailhead for the Black Mountain Recreational Park (www.harlancountytrails.com). We provide primitive camping, Rv camping, Parking for rigs and trailors, as well as cabin rentals. We also have an on-site ATV rental store as well as free access to Kentucky's largest ATV and Off-road park.
