Be careful coming to the Bighorn Mountains, you might not ever want to go back home again. Looking for some flowing water? Try Snail Creek, and there's whitewater on Tongue River
    for all you adrenaline junkies. Loads of people pick Twin Lakes Campground for the purpose of being close to Bighorn National Forest. Twin Lakes Campground is often visited by people in Wolf.
This is such a delightful campground. Don't leave Twin Lakes Campground without first
going for a hike along the Roosevelt Trail; a visit to Rosebud Battlefield State Park revitalizes the spirit. This camp ground is one of the perfect places to camp here in the Bighorn Mountains.
The splendid local attractions and all the outdoors recreation are guaranteed to keep you coming back repeatedly. Bighorn National Forest is a perfect place, and if you get bored of Twin Lakes Campground you could also go to nearby Twin Lakes Number 2.
The Cliff Lake Trail offers hiking at its best. For the duration of the warm days of summer at Twin Lakes
 
Campground highs are frequently in the 60's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 30's. For the period of the winter the highs are regularly in the 20's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Twin Lakes Campground temperatures fall to the 0's. The slopes of Antelope Butte are so inviting nobody can resist; Sawmill Dam is a location that is near Twin Lakes Campground.
So many entertaining things to do at Twin Lakes Campground, so little time. There's delightful hiking along the Edelman Trail; get your heart pumping on the pleasant whitewater of Paintrock Creek. This is such a brilliant campground. There are tremendous places to look at along the Wolf Creek Trail, and a good spot for whitewater paddling is Shell Creek.
Twin Lakes Campground is regularly a pretty dehydrated place; the month with most of the snow is April while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. There's more to do close to Twin Lakes Campground other than just hanging out such as swimming, fishing, whitewater paddling, and hiking, so you won’t run out of things to do. There are so many amusing things to do in the vicinity of Twin Lakes Campground; many people enjoy coming here to get away.
