Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Clarks Fork Yellowstone River, and do take a hike on the Papoose Trail.

The amount of rainfall that falls at Rex Hale Campground is close to the
national average; June is the wettest month with most rain, and October meanwhile is the driest month. There are some magnificent whitewater spots on Crandall Creek; The Palisades is an exciting place to have a look at while at Rex Hale Campground.
Not enough hours in a day
