Miller Lake Campground, Medicine Bow Mountains, Wyoming   Go for a hike on the Circle Trail, and don't leave Miller Lake Campground without first going for a hike along the Lakes Trail. A campground like this is too good to miss. There's some flowing water close by, Evans Creek is a stream you can take a look at while here, and a day on the slopes of Snowy Range is just what you need. This is a good campground. Miller Lake Campground is a very popular old favorite campground among residents of Laramie. The great variety of local attractions and the great variety of outdoors recreation will make you glad     you came. Miller Lake Campground is frequently a rather dried out place; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Through the warm days of summer here at Miller Lake Campground, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 70's; all through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's with temperatures at Miller Lake Campground dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. Just can't get enough of the Medicine Bow Mountains. Glide down the rapids of Laramie River in a kayak, and when you're here it's always fun to stop at State Forest State Park. Some activities here at Miller Lake Campground are hiking, and whitewater paddling, so it's not possible to get bored. Everybody should go camping occasionally, and   Miller Lake Campground in Wyoming is such a tremendous place. There are so many cool things next to Miller Lake Campground, and it is a tremendous campground. And if that's not enough there's a lot more enjoyable things to do in the Medicine Bow Mountains. Get yourself into a kayak and hit North Platte River; nearby you come across the Pache Trail which is a good hiking trail. Miller Lake Campground is close to Medicine Bow National Forest which is a lovely site, and going for a hike on the Medicine Bow Trail is always a good adventure. In Wyoming you never run out of outdoors enjoyable stuff. This camp ground is one of the wonderful locations to camp here in the Medicine Bow Mountains. You assume that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Here at Miller Lake Campground you'll almost certainly meet some people from Laramie, and the Mendenhall Trail is a delightful hiking trail close by.
