You simply must have a thing about the Teton Range. You can run the rapids of Gros Ventre River in close proximity to Lizard Creek Campground, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Arizona Creek Trail. Don't forget to pop by Fonda Point if you're here at Lizard Creek Campground; do take a hike on the Hermitage Point Trail.

A campground like this is too great to miss. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Lizard
Creek Campground; Webb Canyon Trail is a delightful local trail; if you want to visit some interesting stuff, visit Wilcox Point. The yearly rainfall here at Lizard Creek Campground is about average; January is when you get the most snow here, and July is when it's the driest.
At Lizard Creek Campground all through the summer months highs are in the 70's with night lows in the 30's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's, and nighttime lows at Lizard Creek Campground all through the wintertime generally plunge into the-10's.
