for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. All our national parks are good locations to go to, and Yellowstone National Park is no exception, and don't leave Lava Creek Campgrounds without first going for a hike along the Rescue Creek Trail. This campground is so picturesque.
Be careful coming to the Absaroka Range, you might not ever want to return back home again. Gallatin National Forest is a pretty place any time of year; wonderful hiking is available along the Lower Blacktail Trail. Lava Creek Campgrounds is pretty dried up regularly; May is the
month that gets the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. Wyoming has such an incredible array of things to offer nature lovers. A lot of folks stay at Lava Creek Campgrounds in order to be close to Yellowstone National Park.
