Lake Point Campground, Bighorn Mountains, Wyoming   Lake Point Campground is located in the Bighorn Mountains. Such a good choice of attractions and the good variety of outdoors recreation will undeniably have you coming back many times. But wait, there's more exciting things to do in the Bighorn Mountains. There's wonderful hiking along the Kinky White Trail, and when you're here it's always fun to take a look at Bighorn National Forest. This campground has so much amusing stuff to offer. This is a great neighborhood for people who like lakes. West Tensleep Lake is a lake nearby, and the snow is wonderful     at Big Horn Ski. Having a perfect time in the Bighorn Mountains is easy. Don't leave Lake Point Campground without first going for a hike along the Cliff Lake Trail, and Lake Creek is near Lake Point Campground and is always a bliss to stop by. We should all go camping sometimes, and Lake Point Campground, Wyoming is a nice location for getting out. The Angeline Trail offers hiking at its best; paddling on Paintrock Creek is so much fun. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors entertaining stuff the area right next door to Lake Point Campground has to offer. Going for a hike on the Mistymoon Trail is always a tremendous adventure, also Tensleep Reservoir Dam is worth going to if you're here. Tensleep Creek has a nice whitewater paddling spot close by, and Warner Draw is a perfect location to spend some time. This   campground is so great. Go for a hike on the Main Paint Rock Trail, and float down the rapids of Powder River - North Fork in a kayak. During the summertime months, highs regularly are in the 60's at Lake Point Campground with nighttime lows in the 30's. All through the wintertime highs are mostly in the 20's while Lake Point Campground overnight low temperatures during the winter are in the 0's. Some of the things you can do here at Lake Point Campground are swimming, hiking, fishing, and whitewater paddling, so it's just not possible to get bored. Wyoming has lots of outdoors activities. There is so much cool stuff to do close to Lake Point Campground, and spending time at this campground is extremely fun. Lake Point Campground is mostly a quite waterless location; throughout the month of April you get the most snow around here, and February is when it's the driest.
