| | Big Goose Campground is a very popular old favorite campground among folks from Wolf. This campground is so delightful. Glide down the rapids of Tongue River in a kayak; going for a hike along the Tepee Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. All through the long summer days, highs mostly are in the 60's at Big Goose Campground. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 30's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and overnight lows through the wintertime for Big Goose Campground tend to be in the 0's.

Really delightful skiing awaits you at Antelope Butte, and lots of people from Wolf come here. So many local attractions and all the outdoors recreation will positively have you coming back again and again.

There's a lot of outdoors recreation available in the neighborhood such as whitewater paddling, and hiking, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. Loads of folks camp here through their spree to Bighorn National Forest. This is
beyond doubt a splendid campground. Have a magnificent hiking adventure along the Game Creek Trail, and a visit to Rosebud Battlefield State Park when you're here is never a bad idea.
Having a great time in the Bighorn Mountains is easy. If you come at the right time of year,
Paintrock Creek offers some pleasant whitewater, and the Cliff Lake Trail is a great hiking trail nearby. Big Goose Campground is positioned in the Bighorn Mountains. That right there is loads already, but it carries on; Big Goose Campground has it all. While you're here at Big
Goose Campground you can take a hike along the Bear Gulch Trail, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Tensleep Creek.
