your legs a bit, and Rich Patch Hollow is a magnificent spot to take a look at. Seven Mile Campground is frequently visited by the people of Cass. Hiking along the Scarlet Oak Trail is tremendous fun, and you can catch a sight of Michael Mountain from Seven Mile Campground.
There are some wonderful whitewater spots on Greenbrier River, and unsurprisingly Sandy Lick Run is a lovely stream that is worth checking out.
