| | This campground is a beautiful place to pop by. A glorious vista of charming Fork Mountain is available from Island Campground, and hiking along the Lynn Knob Trail is tremendous fun. At this campground you will always have a good time. Monongahela National Forest is a scenic location any time of year, and there's pleasant hiking along the East Fork Trail. You'll locate a lovely lake called Buffalo Lake near Island Campground, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Island Campground; Burner Mountain Trail is a great local trail.
