It is especially picturesque here at this primitive campground; primitive camping at a campround such as Cranberry Campground is a perfect way to be close to the wilderness. Primitive campgrounds such as Cranberry Campground can be hard to get to, but they are delightful. The class II-III Three Forks of Williams to Gauley River section of Williams River is 10 miles long. For whitewater paddling this part of Williams River is an enjoyable place. Don't snub to check current conditions prior to departure whitewater paddling to guarantee your security. Watoga State Park is a glorious location; there are good places to discover along the Bear Run Trail. You'll meet a lot
 
of people from Upperglade here, and on a pleasant day you can take a hike along the Snakeden Trail. This campground is a pretty spot to check out.
