There are some glorious whitewater spots on Wolf River; hiking along the Kentuck-Spectacle Lake Trail is pleasant fun. Pine River Campground is a very popular campground among the people in   Argonne. Any time is a magnificent time at Pine River Campground if you love the outdoors. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Brule River, and do take a hike on the Kimball Creek Trail. While you're here at Pine River Campground you can take a hike along the Eds Lake Trail System, and a spree to Nicolet National Forest when you're here is never a bad idea. Camping out unquestionably is a pleasant thing to do, and Pine River Campground is a great local campground if you happen to be in Wisconsin.
