Wish Poosh Campground, Northern Cascade Range, Washington   We overnighted at this campsite a couple of weekends ago. The camp hosts were wonderful, they were informative and kept the grounds and the bathrooms spic-n-span clean. They were always in their golf cart putting around taking care of this or that. They scolded us for staying the night in a place we weren't supposed to, and I felt bad about that because I knew we shouldn't have stayed there but my partner insisted and it was his birthday. I knew they were just keeping order at the campground they were in charge of, and I appreciated that. Keep up     the good work! Says Denice Rochelle and Carl Haglund There is a great hiking trail near Wish Poosh Campground called the Jolly Mountain Lookout Trail; probably you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Cle Elum Lake is just a very short distance away. Wish Poosh Campground frequently gets much rainfall; the month with most of the snow is January while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Coming to this campground is always a tremendous idea. There's some attention-grabbing stuff to observe at Cle Elum Dam in close proximity to Wish Poosh Campground, and get drenched paddling on Cooper River. Yep, outdoors enjoyable stuff to do are really bountiful here at Wish Poosh Campground. Whitewater paddling is fine on Cle Elum River, and going for a hike on the Red Mountain Trail is always a magnificent adventure.   On a nice day at Wish Poosh Campground you can take a hike along the Domerie Peak Trail, and lots of folks from Ronald come here. This campground is so beautiful. Go for a hike on the Hicks Butte Trail, and a spree to Iron Horse State Park is a delightful idea. Just can't get enough of the Northern Cascade Range. The Sasse Mountain Trail is a great hiking trail in the vicinity of Wish Poosh Campground, and glorious skiing awaits you at Snoqualmie. And if that's not enough there's a lot more exciting stuff to do in the Northern Cascade Range. Going to Lake Easton State Park close to Wish Poosh Campground is a great thing to do, and unsurprisingly Davis Creek is a scenic stream that is worth taking a look at. Throughout the months of summer, highs regularly are in the 60's at Wish Poosh Campground, and through the night it cools down to the 40's. During the winter highs are generally in the 20's with temperatures at Wish Poosh Campground dipping down into the 10's during winter nights.
