Tepee Campground, Blue Mountains, Washington   Got cabin fever from too much time inside, No need to worry; Tepee Campground in Washington is such a wonderful place. Why not take a look at close by King Creek while you're here at Tepee Campground; a splendid place like Minam State Recreation Area is too splendid to leave out. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors cool things the area in close proximity to Tepee Campground has to offer. There are some tremendous whitewater     spots on Grande Ronde River; perfect hiking is available along the Meadow Creek Trail. This is a perfect campground. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Bluewood while you're here, and don't leave Tepee Campground without first going for a hike along the Turkey Creek Trail. That right there is loads of cool stuff already but it goes on, the Blue Mountains has it all. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Tepee Campground; West Butte Creek Trail is a good local trail. Scores of people stay at this campground when going to Umatilla National Forest. Be careful coming to the Blue Mountains, you might not ever want to return back home again. A spree to Tepee Campground wouldn’t be complete without a tour to close by Umatilla National Forest, and you can go for a hike on the East Butte Creek Trail. Washington   has lots of outdoors activities. There's great hiking along the Panjab Trail; one of the overriding features of the surroundings of Tepee Campground is West Butte. Summer at Tepee Campground arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 30's; through the dark hours in the wintertime at Tepee Campground temperatures dip to the 20's. There's such a large number of things to do right next door to Tepee Campground; if you're searching for a wonderful place to go camping, this is a great selection.
