Swauk Campground, Washington   we have been having our family reunin at this campgroung for over 40 years, you dont keep coming back if you dont love it. although you may wanna avoid it the weekend after the 4th of july each year its pretty full and loud Says Teanna Alright, the time is here for a camping trip, so what do you say? Going for a hike along the Teanaway Wilson Stock Trail will let you     absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and Olmstead Place State Park is worth stopping at. There's such a vast number of things to do in the neighborhood of Swauk Campground; it is a very tremendous campground. Getting to Hurley Creek from Swauk Campground is trouble-free, and going for a hike on the High Creek Trail is always a magnificent adventure. Some of the things you can do here at Swauk Campground are hiking, and whitewater paddling, so running out of exciting things to do won’t happen. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this spot. There's whitewater on Icicle Creek for all you adrenaline junkies, and if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the Miller Peak Trail. Going for a weekend of camping here in Washington is something you must do. This is a delightful campground. There are some   splendid whitewater spots on Peshastin Creek, and a spree here wouldn’t be complete without a spree to nearby Wenatchee Confluence State Park. Near Swauk Campground you find the Snow Lakes Trail which is a delightful hiking trail, and at Swauk Campground you always meet someone from Ellensburg. The great pick of local attractions, and the nearby outdoors recreation will make you pleased you came. Summertime highs at Swauk Campground generally tend to be in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and nighttime lows throughout the wintertime for Swauk Campground tend to be in the 20's. This campground is so delightful. A glorious place in the neighborhood of Swauk Campground is Old Blewett Pass, and the Red Hill Trail is a good hiking trail close by.
