Sunset Campground, Northern Cascade Range, Washington

| | This camp ground is one of the good spots to camp here in the Northern Cascade Range. Guy W. Talbot State Park is a tremendous place, and you can go for a hike on the Siouxon Trail. While visiting this vicinity in Washington it's a great idea to go for a weekend of camping too. Through the summer months at Sunset Campground highs are mostly in the 70's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are generally in the 40's, and overnight lows during the winter for Sunset |
Campground tend to be in the 30's. Just can't get enough of the Northern Cascade Range. Good hiking is available along the Green Leaf Trail. There are wonderful sites to look at along the Horseshoe Ridge Trail, and you can run the rapids of Lewis River - East Fork. As if Sunset
| Campground wasn't sufficient, you can also go hiking, and whitewater paddling, so possibly you want to stay a while. At Sunset Campground enjoyable stuff to do is plentiful, and when you're here you're always having a great time. And that's not all the things to do here in the Northern Cascade Range. Places like Rooster Rock State Park are great to pop by, and on a pretty day you obtain a good sight of Jack Mountain from Sunset Campground. Such a magnificent pick of attractions and all the outdoors recreation are certain to keep you coming back time | |

and again. Loads of folks camp here for the purpose of being next to Rooster Rock State Park. Sunset Campground ordinarily gets a large amount of precipitation; all through December this area sees the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
All the outdoors cool stuff in close proximity to Sunset Campground will keep you coming back time and again. There's great hiking along the Observation Peak Trail; there's whitewater on Copper Creek for all you adrenaline people. Coming to this campground is always a splendid
idea. Going for a hike on the Washougal Trail is always a nice adventure, and why not take a little visit to Snass Creek since you're here.
