When you're here at South Creek Campground it's always fun to have a look at Okanogan National Forest; hiking is a popular thing to do around South Creek Campground; Monument Creek Trail is a wonderful local trail. It's impossible to run out of enjoyable things to do near South Creek Campground; it definitely is a great campground.
