Whitewater paddlers on this bit of Silver Creek should boast quite   some familiarity in raft paddling. You must check the situation in advance of a trip; raft paddling may become risky. A pretty wilderness trail around here, 8.5 miles long, featuring a difference in altitude of 5,050 feet is Purcell Mountain Trail. Being a tough wilderness trail, hiking the Purcell Mountain Trail requires in the region of two days.
