stuff truly is abundant here in the Northern Cascade Range. This campground is so tremendous. Shady Campground is right by the Pacific Crest Trail - section 26; why not a little side spree to Canim Creek. Summertime highs at Shady Campground frequently tend to be in the 70's.
Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. Highs during the winter are mostly in the 30's, and night lows in the 20's for Shady Campground. If you come at the right time of year, Granite Creek offers some fine whitewater, and the Park Creek Trail offers hiking at its best.
