Saddle Dam Campground, Northern Cascade Range, Washington   The pleasant variety of local attractions and the pleasant variety of outdoors recreation will make you delighted you came. This camp ground is situated in the picturesque Northern Cascade Range. Saddle Dam Campground is a reasonably wet place usually with lots of precipitation; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain; July is when it's the driest. Go for a hike on the Siouxon Trail; naturally, everyone loves Lewis and Clark State Park. Lots of people stay here for the purpose of being near Battle Ground Lake State Park. So much cool stuff in the vicinity of Saddle Dam Campground, and it's always fun to be at this place. Through the warm days of summer, highs commonly are in the 70's at Saddle Dam Campground, and   during the night it cools down to the 50's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Saddle Dam Campground. If you want a fine time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Northern Cascade Range. Battle Ground Lake State Park is a fine spot, and there's whitewater on Canyon Creek - Lewis River Tributary for all you adrenaline people. Good hiking is available along the Saint Helens Way, and if you come at the right time of year, Canyon Creek - Lewis River Tributary offers some fine whitewater. Not far from Saddle Dam Campground you obtain some nice water scenery at Saddle Dam. This is no site for people who don’t like to have a good time. There's glorious hiking along the Georges Peak Trail, and you're sure to run into some great folks from Cougar here. Washington is a fine location for campers.
