So many local attractions and such a great deal of things to do are guaranteed to keep you coming back over and over. You definitely ought to go for the Northern Cascade Range. Some of the water nearby flows, like Muddy Fork Cowlitz River, and going for a hike on the Packwood Lake Trail is always a good adventure. This campground is a perfect location to explore. The skiing at White Pass is glorious, and there's whitewater on Cowlitz River for all you adrenaline kick people.
So much enjoyable stuff close to River Bar Campground, simply extraordinary. There's splendid hiking along the Tatoosh Trail; you can go for a hike on the Five Thousand Thirty Trail.
