  The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Rainbow Point Campground. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. Ross Lake is a lake nearby, and going for a hike on the Panther Creek Trail is always a splendid adventure. Be careful coming to Rainbow Point Campground, you might not ever wanna go back home again. Get wet paddling on Stetattle Creek, and there are tremendous places to discover along the Pyramid Lake Trail.
There's more to do in close proximity to Rainbow Point Campground other than just hanging
 
out such as fishing, whitewater paddling, hiking, and swimming, so you won’t run out of things to do. There's such a great deal of things to do close to Rainbow Point Campground, and it is a very fine campground.
This campground has it all. Whitewater paddling is splendid on Granite Creek, and on a great day you can take a hike along the East Bank Trail.
You have to get out of the house, and Rainbow Point Campground, Washington is a fine site for getting out. Rainbow Point Campground sees pretty high levels of rain; the wettest month of the year is mostly November, that's the one that rains the most, and July is when it's the driest.
Rainbow Point Campground is a splendid camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the Northern Cascade Range.
