Phelps Creek Campground, Northern Cascade Range, Washington   Phelps Creek Campground is a great camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the Northern Cascade Range. Loads of fun is at this campground. Drift down the rapids of Stehekin River in a kayak; on a great day you can take a hike along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 26.
