a good time. Nearby you bump into the Calamity Creek to Yale Reservoir sector, a grade III-V section of whitewater. It's a delightful 12-mile-in-distance section on Siouxon Creek. You are projected to get wet raft paddling this section

of Siouxon Creek, so you should be prepared for that. Whitewater kayaking and rafting may get hazardous, so check restrictions in advance of a trip. There's a wonderful 12.4-mile-in-distance wilderness trail with a wonderful 2,662-foot elevation variation around here; this pretty wilderness trail is the Observation Peak Trail. Observation Peak Trail requires two days to walk; it's a demanding wilderness trail.
