Pearrygin Lake State Park is a great place to go to, and nice hiking is available along the Mill Creek Trail. Places like Okanogan National Forest are pleasant to check out, and get your heart beating on the glorious whitewater of Lost River. There's more to do near Meadows Campground other than just hanging out such as whitewater paddling, and hiking, so you won’t get bored. Be careful coming to Meadows Campground, you might not ever want to go back home again. |
Harts Pass is a delightful location to look at, and there's delightful hiking along the Driveway Butte Trail. If you are in Washington all through camping season, you have to go camping. At Meadows Campground during the warmest time of the year highs are in the 70's, and the
| overnight is slightly cooler of course, commonly in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Meadows Campground plunge into the 20's. Now, you may assume that's loads but there's even more entertaining things to do here in the Northern Cascade Range. keep you coming back time and again. Ninetynine Basin is a glorious place to check out, and don't leave Meadows Campground without first going for a hike along the West Fork Methow Trail. This campground is so brilliant. The Rainbow Lake Trail offers hiking at its best, and whitewater
paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Granite Creek. Ok, you've been cooped up for too much time, and Meadows Campground in Washington is such a brilliant location. The Northern Cascade Range scenery is always delightful. This campground has

Campground a reasonably wet site; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain; the driest month of the year is July.
