Meadow Campground, Wenatchee Mountains, Washington   Several people opt for this campground when going to Wenatchee Confluence State Park. The annual precipitation here at Meadow Campground is about average; December is the month that gets the most snow while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. The surroundings of this campground have such a vast number of things to offer. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Wenatchee River, and there is a splendid hiking trail nearby called the Red Hill Trail. Some of the things you can     do here at Meadow Campground are swimming, whitewater paddling, fishing, and hiking, so running out of entertaining things to do won’t happen. The good local attractions and such a great deal of things to do are certain to keep you coming back many times. If you want a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Wenatchee Mountains. Whitewater paddling is fine on Peshastin Creek; the High Creek Trail is a good hiking trail close by. Gotta ski! Mission Ridge is a nice place to do that; on a lovely day you get a glorious sight of Mission Peak from Meadow Campground. Meadow Campground is a very popular old favorite campground among campers from Monitor. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Meadow Campground; during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Throughout the wintertime this place gets highs in the   30's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Meadow Campground dip into the 10's. This is in fact a good campground. Olmstead Place State Park is a good site to stretch your legs a bit; going for a hike on the Teanaway Wilson Stock Trail is always a glorious adventure. Meadow Campground is positioned in a neighborhood with a lot of fun things to do; a lot of folks love to come here to escape. Yep, outdoors entertaining things truly is abundant here in the Wenatchee Mountains. You could also check out Beehive Reservoir while you're here at Meadow Campground; it's close by; if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the Devils Gulch Trail.
