Maple Creek Campground, Northern Cascade Range, Washington

  Maple Creek Campground is a wet place that gets a good deal of rainfall; through the month of November you get the most rain around here, and July on the other hand is the driest. For the duration of the summertime months here at Maple Creek Campground, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. But wait, there's more to do near Maple Creek Campground. There are great places to look at along the Hunters Trail; if you come at the right time of year, Nason River offers some wonderful whitewater. We all ought to go camping sometimes; Maple Creek Campground in Washington is just the location.

This campground is so tremendous. The Pacific Crest Trail - section 26 is a great hiking trail near Maple Creek Campground, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Wenatchee River.
