with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Tieton River - South Fork. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Northern Cascade Range. You are in close proximity to Lonesome Cove if you're here at Lonesome Cove Campground, and Tieton River has a good whitewater paddling
spot close by. The view of Goose Egg Mountain from Lonesome Cove Campground is wonderful; don't leave Lonesome Cove Campground without first going for a hike along the Minnie Meadows Trail. All the water falling down from the sky makes Lonesome Cove Campground a wet location;
January is the month that gets the most rain, and July is the month with the least moisture. So much enjoyable stuff to do here at Lonesome Cove Campground, too wonderful to be true. A tour to Iron Horse State Park when you're here at Lonesome Cove Campground is never a bad idea,
and don't leave Lonesome Cove Campground without first checking out Westfall Rocks. The delightful local attractions and the nearby outdoors recreation will make you delighted you came. Some of the things you can do here at Lonesome Cove Campground are fishing, hiking, whitewater
paddling, and swimming, so you won’t run out of things to do. There is a good hiking trail next to Lonesome Cove Campground called the Grey Rock Trail; paddling on Rattlesnake Creek - Naches Tributary is so much fun.
