Lodgepole Campground sees pretty high levels of rainfall; during January this area sees the most rain, and July is when it's the driest. As long as you love the outdoors you will love Washington. Scores of people stay here when going to Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. as fishing, hiking, swimming, and whitewater paddling, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. Some close by water includes Timber Creek, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Crystal Mountain is rather near. All year is a nice time in the Northern Cascade
Range if you like the outdoors. There are great places to explore along the Swamp Lake Trail; there are some good whitewater spots on Bumping River. It's been too long since you went outside, and Lodgepole Campground in Washington is a really delightful site to spend some time.
All through the months of summer at Lodgepole Campground temperatures are frequently in the 70's while night lows are commonly in the 40's. For the period of the winter the highs are mostly in the 30's with temperatures at Lodgepole Campground dipping down into the 20's during
winter nights. On a great day at Lodgepole Campground you can take a hike along the Union Creek Trail; if you come at the right time of year, American River offers some great whitewater.
