The beginners should almost certainly stay away from this run of Entiat River. Whitewater kayaking or rafting could turn risky, so check the latest conditions ahead of going. The height difference is 5,038 feet for a beautiful 27.2-mile-long backpacking trail close by; we are naturally chatting about the Duncan Hill Trail. A beautiful three and a half days of difficult backpacking looms for you along the Duncan Hill Trail. With its  
2,937 foot variation in height it's a delightful backpacking and hiking trail; the Hunters Trail is 11.4 miles of good backcountry trekking.
