This segment of Washington is always a joy to pop by throughout camping season. You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining stuff in the Northern Cascade Range. Elevenmile Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth a visit, and don't leave Lake Creek Campground without first going for a hike along the Kennedy Ridge Trail. This campground is so beautiful. A journey to Lake Wenatchee State Park when you're here at Lake Creek Campground is a great idea, and there are some great whitewater spots on Little Wenatchee River. High temperatures at Lake Creek Campground during the long summer days are in the 60's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Lake Creek Campground. The high level of rain makes Lake Creek Campground a relatively wet site; the month of January is the wettest with most of the snow while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. If you want a great time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Lake Creek Campground. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Lake Creek; you can go for a hike on the Pacific Crest Trail - section 26.
