Going for a hike on the Carbon Trail is always a fine adventure, and Federation Forest State Park is both fine and beautiful. If you come to this campground, you will have a perfect time for sure. When you're here at Ipsut Creek Campground it's always fun to explore Nolte State Park, and do take a look at East Lake, it's a charming lake. That right there is plenty of entertaining |
things already but it goes on, the Northern Cascade Range has it all. There's whitewater on Clearwater River - White River Tributary for all you thrill seekers, and on a glorious day you can take a hike along the Ipsut Creek Trail. Near Ipsut Creek Campground you locate the
| Clearwater Trail which is a good hiking trail; a trip to Mount Rainier National Park is worthwhile. The great variety of local attractions and such a great variety of outdoors recreation will make you glad you came. Some folks stay at Ipsut Creek Campground to pop by nearby Federation Forest State Park. What would winter be without some skiing at Crystal Mountain. Gove Peak is uncomplicated to spot from Ipsut Creek Campground, and a delightful location for whitewater paddling is South Praire Creek.
