Ipsut Creek Campground, Northern Cascade Range, Washington

  If you like the outdoors, you won’t be let down; there's swimming, hiking, whitewater paddling, and fishing, so you won’t run out of things to do. This campground has so much. Going for a hike on the Carbon Trail is always a fine adventure, and Federation Forest State Park is both fine and beautiful. If you come to this campground, you will have a perfect time for sure. When you're here at Ipsut Creek Campground it's always fun to explore Nolte State Park, and do take a look at East Lake, it's a charming lake.
That right there is plenty of entertaining
    things already but it goes on, the Northern Cascade Range has it all. There's whitewater on Clearwater River - White River Tributary for all you thrill seekers, and on a glorious day you can take a hike along the Ipsut Creek Trail.
Near Ipsut Creek Campground you locate the
Clearwater Trail which is a good hiking trail; a trip to Mount Rainier National Park is worthwhile. The great variety of local attractions and such a great variety of outdoors recreation will make you glad you came.
Some folks stay at Ipsut Creek Campground to pop by nearby Federation Forest State Park. What would winter be without some skiing at Crystal Mountain.
There is so much amusing stuff right next door to Ipsut Creek Campground, and it positively is a magnificent campground. High temperatures at Ipsut Creek Campground all through the warmest
 
time of the year are in the 70's. Summer overnight lows descend down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Ipsut Creek Campground are in the 30's. Man, is there plenty of entertaining stuff to do near Ipsut Creek Campground. There is a wonderful hiking trail close to Ipsut Creek Campground called the Summit Lake Trail, and get your heart pumping on the great whitewater of White River. Ipsut Creek Campground is a reasonably wet place mostly with lots of precipitation; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain, and July is when it's the driest. Ipsut Creek Campground is a great camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the Northern Cascade Range.
You'll in fact wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining things in the Northern Cascade Range. Go for a hike on the Paul Peak Trail, and if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Ipsut Creek. Gove Peak is uncomplicated to spot from Ipsut Creek Campground, and a delightful location for whitewater paddling is South Praire Creek.
