Indian Flat Campground, Northern Cascade Range, Washington   We must all go camping every now and then, and Indian Flat Campground, Washington is a splendid site for getting out. A campground like this is too glorious to miss. Outdoors recreation is plentiful, some of the amusing stuff you can do is hiking, and whitewater paddling, so it's just not possible to get bored. The Manastash Ridge Trail offers hiking at its best, and get yourself into a kayak and hit American River. So much enjoyable stuff in the neighborhood of Indian Flat Campground, and it's always fun to be at this campground. A lot of rain falls at Indian Flat Campground;   January is the wettest month with most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest. All the fine local attractions in close proximity and all the outdoors recreation are sure to keep you coming back again and again. A number of people stay at this campground for the purpose of being in the vicinity of Iron Horse State Park. Now, you may assume that's a load but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here at Indian Flat Campground. A pleasant visit to Indian Flat is a great way to spend an afternoon, and get soaked paddling on American River. Washington has so much stuff to offer nature lovers. Summertime highs at Indian Flat Campground commonly tend to be in the 70's; the overnight is a bit colder of course, typically in the 40's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 20's for Indian Flat Campground. This is a glorious campground. Float down the rapids of Little Naches River in a kayak, and good hiking is available along the Quartz Creek Trail.
