Of course, whitewater   kayaking or rafting is amusing but risky; check the latest conditions previous to going. Mt.Baker is a delightful local ski area; a journey to Lake Chelan National Recreation Area is recommended. So much enjoyable stuff to do in the Northern Cascade Range, not enough time.
