  This camp ground is situated in the scenic Northern Cascade Range. If only every spot had this much outdoors enjoyable things, what a great world it would be. In case you don’t mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Stetattle Creek, and you can go for a hike on the Hidden Lake Trail. Getting to Goodell Creek from Group Campground is easy, and pleasant hiking is available along the Pyramid Lake Trail.
The Panther Creek Trail offers hiking at its best; the slopes of Mt.Baker are so inviting nobody can resist. Group Campground sees
    pretty high levels of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is December, and July is the month with the least moisture.
Everybody ought to go for a weekend of camping sometimes, and Group Campground in Washington is a great choice.
The tremendous local attractions and
the tremendous variety of outdoors recreation will make you pleased you came. This campground has everything. Group Campground is right by the East Bank Trail; Cascade River is a perfect whitewater spot nearby. A lot of fun is at this campground.
There's a lot of outdoors recreation available nearby such as hiking, swimming, whitewater paddling, and fishing, so you won’t run out of things to do. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Group Campground. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 50's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 30's;
 
night lows in the 30's for Group Campground.
At Group Campground enjoyable stuff to do is plentiful, and to be here is always fun. You'll truly wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool stuff in the Northern Cascade Range. This is a splendid area for folks who like lakes. Thornton Lakes is a lake in the neighborhood, and a trip to Rockport State Park when you're here is never a bad idea. That right there is plenty of exciting stuff already but it goes on, the Northern Cascade Range has it all. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Group Campground; Sourdough Lookout Trail is a good local trail, and a fine place for whitewater paddling is Skagit River.
