Gorge Campground, Olympic Mountains, Washington   A spree to Olympic National Park is recommended, and Dungeness River has a pleasant whitewater paddling spot close by. Gorge Campground is a great camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the Olympic Mountains. While you're here at Gorge Campground you can take a hike along the Clink Trail, and Lake Lucinda is a nearby lake that you could take a look at. It's very bad for you to spend all your time indoors; you have to get out of the house every so often, and Gorge Campground is a splendid local campground if you happen to be in Washington. Paddling on Dungeness River is so much fun. Yeah, come up here to the Olympic Mountains for a pleasant time. Have a nice hiking adventure along the Tubal Cain Mine Trail; get wet paddling on Gray Wolf River. This campground is so great. Head up to Hurricane Ridge Ski Lodge and strap some skis to your feet, and if the weather is perfect, you can go for a hike along the Bear Mountain Trail. Loads   of folks choose Gorge Campground to be in the vicinity of Sequim Bay State Park. There is a tremendous hiking trail next to Gorge Campground called the Mount Zion Trail, and Pleasant Harbor State Park is worth visiting. Gorge Campground is a very popular old favorite campground among the folks of Sequim. Now, you may think that's lots but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here at Gorge Campground. Here at Gorge Campground you'll perhaps meet some people from Sequim, and the Royal Creek Trail is a great hiking trail close by. Be careful coming to the Olympic Mountains, you might not ever want to go back home again. Looking for some flowing water? Try Skookum Creek; Sequim Bay State Park is a magnificent spot to go. Gorge Campground gets very little rainfall; December is the wettest month with most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest. All the wonderful local attractions in the vicinity and the nearby outdoors recreation will without doubt have you coming back over and over. Summertime highs at Gorge Campground regularly tend to be in the 60's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 40's; winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Gorge Campground.
