Godman Campground, Blue Mountains, Washington

  This camp ground is one of the pleasant spots to camp here in the Blue Mountains. Some of the things you can do here at Godman Campground are hiking, and whitewater paddling, so it's just not possible to get bored. This segment of Washington has a great deal of outdoors activities at your disposal.
Scores of people opt for this campground in order to be in the vicinity of Umatilla National Forest. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors amusing stuff the Blue Mountains has to offer. Places like Lewis and Clark Trail State Park are good to visit.

Godman Campground, and you can have a good hiking adventure along the Meadow Creek Trail. So many local attractions and the nice variety of outdoors recreation will certainly have you coming back again and again. Summertime at Godman Campground arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and the nighttime is a bit colder of course, frequently in the 50's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's with temperatures at Godman Campground dipping down into the 20's through winter nights.
There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Bluewood;
 
on a perfect day you can take a hike along the Turkey Creek Trail. Umatilla National Forest is a fine location to stretch your legs a bit, and do take a hike on the West Butte Creek Trail.
If you want a perfect time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Godman Campground. While staying at Godman Campground you could always discover Happy Valley, and the Sawtooth Trail is a glorious hiking trail close by.
This campground is a brilliant spot to go to. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Grande Ronde River, and if you're here you can take a hike along the East Butte Creek Trail. At Godman Campground you don’t see much precipitation; the month with most of the rain is December while July is mostly the driest month.
At Godman Campground exciting stuff to do is abundant, and if you're trying to find a great spot to go camping, this is a nice choice.
