Foss River Campground, Northern Cascade Range, Washington

  This section of Washington has a magnificent deal of outdoors activities available. And that's not everything you can do here in the Northern Cascade Range. The Kachess Ridge Trail offers hiking at its best, and visiting Lake Easton State Park is a great thing to do.
Foss River Campground is a wet place that gets a good deal of precipitation; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest. Foss River Campground is a very popular campground among residents of Skykomish.
High temperatures
    at Foss River Campground all through the summer months are in the 70's, and the nighttime is a bit colder of course, ordinarily in the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime highs are commonly in the 40's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Foss River
Campground descend into the 30's. At this campground you will always have a good time. There's splendid hiking along the Cooper Pass Trail, and why not stop by close by Burn Creek since you're here at Foss River Campground. This campground is so good. If you come at the right time of year, Foss River offers some fine whitewater, and a journey to Wenatchee National Forest when you're here is never a bad idea.

Campground you always meet someone from Skykomish.
Good hiking is available along the Middle Fork Trail; whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Tye River. There's whitewater on Beckler River for all you thrill seekers, and if you're here, you could also go to gorgeous Jewel Lakes.
Just can't get enough of the Northern Cascade Range. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Foss River Campground; Lake Michael Trail is a pleasant local trail; if you like skiing, you're in luck; Stephens Pass is quite near. Some of the things you can do here at Foss River Campground are hiking, fishing, swimming, and whitewater paddling, so you won’t get bored. You've been indoors for too long, and Foss River Campground in Washington is a magnificent place to go.
