There's more to do right next door to Foggy Dew Campground other than just hanging out such as fishing, hiking, whitewater
 
    paddling, swimming, and playing golf, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. Methow River has a class II run of whitewater close by. The 9.5-mile-in-distance Carlton to McFarland Creek access portion is perfect
  to paddle. This portion of Methow River is well suited for paddlers who haven't been whitewater kayaking and rafting for so long. Always check restrictions prior to departure whitewater kayaking and rafting as whitewater kayaking and rafting is a dangerous activity. A journey to Oxide Canyon is always fun. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Devils Backbone Trailbike Loop Trail, and there are plenty of people from Carlton here.
