It is incredibly beautiful here at this primitive campground, and of course it can be tough to get to a primitive campground such as Flat Campground, but it's worth the effort. Flat Campground is one of the sites to camp here in the Northern Cascade Range.
A number of folks stay here when they come to take a look at Pearrygin Lake State Park. Flat Campground is enormously popular with folks from Mazama. Among the things you can do close to Flat Campground
 
    are playing golf, whitewater paddling, and hiking, so probably you want to stick around for a while.
The magnificent pick of local attractions, and the nearby outdoors recreation will make you pleased you came. With so many things
 to do in Washington you'll never get bored.
Amenities and facilities are few in primitive campgrounds such as Flat Campground. Primitive camping is a magnificent way to be near the fresh air.
Eager to set up that camp site; Flat Campground in Washington is a great place to go. Chewuch River has a good 8-mile-in-length type II+(IV) whitewater segment close by, the Five Mile Bridge to Winthrop segment. For whitewater boating this segment of Chewuch River
 
    is a fun place. You should check restrictions prior to departure; whitewater boating may become treacherous. The 7.5-mile-long North Fork Twentymile Trail is a lovely hiking trail with a great 2,423-foot difference in elevation. A
  nice one day of demanding backpacking awaits you along the North Fork Twentymile Trail. A great 19-mile-from-start-to-finish beautiful backpacking and hiking trail with a difference in height of 3,531 feet can be found in the vicinity; this is the Bluff Lake Trail. If you fancy a demanding hike, Bluff Lake Trail necessitates roughly two and a half days to hike.
