| | Fairholme Campground is a good camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the Olympic Mountains. You imagine that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. Good hiking is available along the Lovers Lane; don't forget to take a brilliant little journey to Cole Creek. So many enjoyable things in the Olympic Mountains, just fantastic. Whitewater paddling is brilliant on Soleduck River; you have to pop by Thompson Point when you're here. down to the 40's while Fairholme Campground overnight low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 30's. There's such a large number of things to do at Fairholme Campground including hiking, fishing, swimming, and whitewater paddling, so it's not possible to get bored.

Near Fairholme Campground you locate the Aurora Trail which is a good hiking trail, and naturally, all our national parks are good places to visit and Olympic National Park is no exception.
