If the weather is tremendous here at Council Lake Campground, you can go for a hike along the Jordan Creek Trail; Gifford Pinchot National Forest is worth a visit. Washington has such a vast number of things to offer nature lovers. Council Lake Campground is one   of the places to camp here in the Northern Cascade Range. This campground is a fine place to go to. There's some flowing water nearby, Boulder Creek is a stream you can stop at during your stay, and hiking along the Table Mountain Trail is wonderful fun. It's out of the question to run out of enjoyable stuff to do close to Council Lake Campground; it is a nice campground. If you adore the outdoors, you won’t be disappointed; there's whitewater paddling, hiking, fishing, and swimming, so it's totally impossible to get bored. You can run the rapids of Cispus River - North Fork right next door to Council Lake Campground; Council Bluff is a splendid site to go to while in the region. The good choice of local attractions, and the good variety of outdoors recreation will absolutely have you coming back persistently. For the duration of the summertime at Council Lake Campground highs are mostly in the 70's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 40's. During the wintertime highs are frequently in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Council Lake Campground are in the 20's.
