The high level of rain makes Cougar Rock Campground a reasonably wet place; most of the rain falls during November; July meanwhile is the driest month. At Cougar Rock Campground exciting stuff   to do is plentiful; spending time at this campground is very fun. Hiking along the Willame Trail is splendid fun, and get your heart pumping on the nice whitewater of Butter Creek. Washington is a wonderful place for campers. For the period of the months of summer, highs regularly are in the 70's at Cougar Rock Campground. All through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. Highs through the winter are mostly in the 40's, and after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Cougar Rock Campground plunge into the 30's. Having a great time in the Northern Cascade Range is painless. Upper Johnson Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop at, and Cougar Rock Campground is right by the Silver Creek Trail. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors fun things the Northern Cascade Range has to offer. Everybody loves Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest; while you're here, you might as well have a look at Van Trump Canyon. There's loads of outdoors recreation available nearby such as fishing, hiking, whitewater paddling, and swimming, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. Going for a hike along the Big Creek Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and don't forget to take a great little spree to Paradise River.
