Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Skate Creek; the peak of Cougar Rock can be observed from Cougar Rock Campground. Going for a hike along the Big Creek Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and don't forget to take a great little spree to Paradise River.
