This is such a beautiful campground. Going for a hike on the South Fork Trail is always a good adventure. All year is a wonderful time in the Northern Cascade Range if you have a thing about the outdoors. The North Fork Toats Creek Trail is a tremendous hiking trail close to Chopaka Lake Campground, and Chewuch River has a wonderful whitewater paddling spot close by. Yep, outdoors amusing things to do are really bountiful here at Chopaka Lake Campground. Going for a hike along the Chopaka Mountain Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood; Apex Mountain is a good local ski area.
As long as you like the outdoors you will like Washington. Near Chopaka Lake Campground you discover the Coxit Creek Trail which is a good hiking trail, and Chopaka Lake is a nice lake nearby.
