Many people pick this campground in order to be near Olympic National Forest. If you have a thing about the outdoors, you won’t be disappointed; there's swimming, fishing, hiking, and whitewater paddling, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. But wait, there's more amusing things to do in
    the Olympic Mountains. Lake Sylvia State Park is worth checking out if you're at Campbell Tree Grove Campground, and what would winter be without some skiing at Hurricane Ridge Ski Lodge. This campground is so good. Gibson Creek is a striking stream that is worth taking a look
at, and a lake nearby is Irely Lake.
Having a tremendous time in the Olympic Mountains is painless. Moonlight Dome is delightful and can be seen from Campbell Tree Grove Campground, and you can have a good hiking adventure along the Hoh River Trail.
